Delivery Areas
The art shop www.uniquiart.ch only delivers to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Germany. Deliveries to other countries are not possible.

Delivery
Delivery takes place within 5-7 working days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed. Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Ordering
Customers can order goods via the website www.uniquiart.ch. The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. By clicking the "Buy" button, the customer places a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The customer will then receive an automatic order confirmation by email.

Prices and Payment Conditions
The prices indicated are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the statutory value-added tax. Additional shipping costs may apply, which will be clearly communicated to the customer before completing the order. Payment is made by advance payment, credit card, or PayPal. If the customer chooses advance payment, they will receive the payment information together with the order confirmation by email. Payment must be made within 7 days of receiving the order confirmation.

We accept the following payment methods: Apple Pay, PayPal, credit/debit cards, and instant transfer via Klarna. When paying by credit/debit card, your account will be charged immediately after completing the order.

Right of Return
8.1 General Right of Return
Unless otherwise stated, we grant you a right of return of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Within this period, you can return the goods without stating reasons. You, as the customer, bear the return costs.
8.2 Exceptions to the Right of Return
Personalized pictures that have been clearly discussed and agreed upon with the customer are excluded from our right of return. These pictures cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund
Return of non-personalized pictures
In the case of returning non-personalized pictures, we will refund you the full purchase price including shipping costs. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used when placing the order.
